Learn basic strikes, blocks and moves that work
I will show you selected techniques, drill these techniques repeatedly until they become a natural reaction response to any aggression you may experience
The 6 week course will give you the basic skills needed to protect yourself.
Recommended 3 x 1 hour classes each week for 6 weeks.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night starting at 7pm
$10 per class - pay as you go or pay on commencement and receive a $30 discount
